Child care tuition and fees are used to provide high quality care and learning for your child. These fees are non-refundable and assesed separately from tuition. Enrolled families can find more information about all fees in the Family Handbook.

The following fees apply to families enrolling their children at Amy & Kids Co.

• Enrollment Fee and first week's tuition confirms your child's enrollment and reserves a place in the program for up to a week.
• Holding Fee equal to one week's tuition holds an opening for more than one week. This payment is due on Thursdays preceding each week that the opening is to be held.
• Final Child Care Payment equal to two week’s tuition covers the child's last two weeks of care when proper notice of withdrawal is given. This payment is due within one month of enrollment.

An annual Materials Fee will be charged to all families every April. This fee is non-refundable and will be used for special equipment and materials to enhance your child's daily experiences.

If these child care fees apply to your family they will be assessed to your account and included on your monthly statement. Payment should be submitted with the next tuition payment to avoid late charges.

• Late Payment Fee applies if tuition is not paid in full by 5:00 p.m. on Friday. A late fee will be charged each day until the total amount is paid in full. Child care services may be suspended or terminated due to repeated late payments.
• Legal Fees will be charged if Amy & Kids Co. is required to engaged in legal action the family involved will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and the cost of a substitute and/or additional caregiver to cover my time away from the program.
• NSF Fees apply for checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF). Parents are also responsible for charges assessed to the program due to NSF checks. After three separate NSF checks all tuition payments must be made by ACH direct deposit, cash, or money order.
• Overtime Child Care Fees are charged for child care services provided outside the program's operating hours or if a child is in care for more than 9.25 hours per day. Fees are assessed per child, not per family.

If you refer a new family to Amy & Kids Co. you will receive $100 credit toward your child's tuition after the referred family has been in attendance for four consecutive weeks, and has submitted verification of the referral in writing. That's a win-win-win situation!
